Staff Engineer Low Voltage Technology Development (f/m/div)

In your new job you will:
- Develop leading-edge wafer technology to realize new power devices addressing the application needs while meeting performance, cost, and quality targets
- Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room and validation in the laboratory, analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data
- Drive necessary reliability investigations and electrical characterization, application tests to validate the performance and the robustness of the product
- Ensure process stability, quality of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release.
- Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met
As an open-minded team player in an international and multi-disciplinary environment, you are able to communicate efficiently while proposing innovative and unconventional solutions and enjoy sharing knowledge with others. With your pro-active and self-organized working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. Your analytical skills and structured approach enable you to solve problems efficiently.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree (Master, PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Semiconductor Device Technology development (e.g. clean room experience, design of experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer-level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, TCAD simulations, IP generation etc.)
- Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge
- The ability to communicate efficiently in German and English, both written and spoken
