In your new role you will:
- Identify and assess improvement potentials, focusing on defining the EWM organization's commercial and operational processes and enabling their end-to-end digitalization
- Closely collaborate with EWM's functions to understand their needs regarding process optimization and digitization by preparing and moderating workshops, developing concepts, and preparing decision proposals for the EWM Leadership team
- Support EWM's function heads in bringing your ideas and concepts to implementation to increase the organizations' efficiency and role clarity
- Act as a process optimization and digitalization consultant
- Take over the role as EWM's interface to other excellence departments and digitalization communities, fostering cross-organizational knowledge exchange and best practices sharing
- Keep track of and align with Infineon's overall digital transformation strategy, e.g. by contributing to the ID2030 digitalization initiative
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology/Business Information Systems or similar field of studies
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company for at least 3 years with a focus on business process and project management as well as digitalization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and the corresponding tools and techniques
- The ability to efficiently align with key stakeholders and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
