SQL Developer

Job Title: SQL Developer (Entry to Mid-Level)

Location: Remote in Bulgaria

Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Role

You'll be responsible for supporting the automated migration of clinical trial databases - including screens and edit checks - from legacy systems such as Oracle InForm and Medidata Rave to Redcap Cloud. This includes:

• Conducting unit testing and validation to ensure accurate data migration.
• Rebuilding database components and study setups when automated migration falls short.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of clinical data systems.

What You'll Need

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (or coursework) with PL/PGSQL or T-SQL.
• Ability to write and modify simple queries ("one-liners") - personal projects or assignments count!
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or C#.
• Familiarity with EDC systems (e.g., InForm, Rave, Central Designer)
