Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8.30am -4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only, 41 weeks (There may be scopefor this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is yourpreference, please get in touch to discuss.)

Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE

Essential: Full UKDriving Licence and access to own vehiclerequired

About therole

We currently have an opportunityfor a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Wellbeingteam. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespokeassessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is anexcellent opportunity to join the team as they expand theirclinical provision, making a real difference and implementing aholistic, therapeutic approach.

You will beresponsible for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseloadalongside other SALTs at The Shires - Oakham / Stretton basedin Leicestershire. With the full support of our well-establishedand knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to stafftraining, consultation and reflective practice. Both a challengingand rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient andenthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and theability to make decisions, as well as manage their ownworkload.

Essential Criteria:

• Speech and Language Therapydegree

• Registered with HCPCand RCSLT.

• Minimum of 3years' experience working in SEN education, or with a similarcaseload, as a Speech and Language Therapist.

• Experience of managing a complexcaseload.

• Clear and concisereport writing relating to clinical and researchactivities

• Hold a full UKdriving license, with access to a car

• Ability to work independently as agreed undersupervision

• Experience ofmulti-professional work teams or services within designatedspecialty
