Who you are
You are committed, resilient with the expertise and knowledge to work alongside the families and carers of young people who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence. Within your role as a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide support to young people to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want.
What the role involves
Within the role as a Specialist Family Caseworker, you will provide support to parents and carers to help them gain greater understanding of the challenges young people and their families often face and work alongside them to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want for their children and family.

- 4-day/32-hour work week. Since 1st April 2024, our client has transitioned to a 4 day working week with no impact on pay. This means that you will have a regular day off in the week with no impact on your pay.
- Agile working. This means you have will have the flexibility to work in different locations including from home, our client's office in Southwark and/or community locations (libraries/co-working spaces) when you are not delivering face to face work in the community.
