Spa Therapist / Beautician (w/m/d)
Your tasks

• Deliver high-quality treatments while strictly adhering to spa protocols and standards
• Ensure a positive and motivating work atmosphere by fostering collaboration and maintaining a professional attitude
• Provide expert post-treatment advice and confidently recommend suitable products to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure efficient communication and responsive service to meet guest needs
• Contribute to the overall success of the spa by consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction

Your profile

• Possess an EU-recognized certification in beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and classic full-body massages
• Proven sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell treatments and products
• At least 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in the luxury hotel industry
• Previous experience in a similar role with documented success in meeting or exceeding expectations
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset
