Solution Manager

Description:

One of our main clients, a global player in the industry, is looking for a Solution Manager to ensure uninterrupted integration and testing of solutions by collaborating across project teams, elevating customer experience and driving market differentiation.

Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team to organize and conduct solution integration tests

Definition/implementation of innovative approaches for solution integration tests from a technical, process and operational perspective

Develop strategic guidelines, assess the viability of solutions, advance their implementation, and ensure they can be effectively tested and integrated

Identify the best approach for solution integration testing based on product/project roadmaps in the different solution areas

Ensure that the expected benefits are achieved and that solution offerings are implemented smoothly

Correction of deficiencies discovered as a result of solution integration tests

Requirements:

BS/MSc in Science, Engineering, or a relevant area of study

Qualification in a business-related discipline

5 years' experience in diagnostics industry and/or related business areas

Strong understanding of clinical processes within laboratories

Experience in project management and customer experience definition

Stakeholder management experience

Successfully launched and managed products in the IVD domain
