Solution Architect Process Mining (f/m/d)

What You Can Expect
  • You analyze existing business processes using a Lean Six Sigma approach and identify areas for improvement, especially through process mining technologies.
  • You create architectural concepts that effectively combine process improvements with suitable technical solutions.
  • You implement process mining-based solutions that enhance business processes, and oversee the implementation in larger or more complex technical projects.
  • You ensure new solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
  • You collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
  • You continuously assess and refine implemented solutions in response to changing business needs and technological advancements.
Whom We Are Looking For
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining, or process excellence.
  • You bring strong hands-on experience with SAP (including SAP tables), Celonis, and ideally data analytics tools like Power BI.
  • You are proficient in SQL or other programming languages, which is considered a strong advantage.
  • You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • You are confident working with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile; a Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are organized, manage your time well, and know how to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
