Solution Architect - Northamptonshire

As part of its digital transofrmation joureny my client is looking to engage a Perm Solution Architect. This role involves designing an eCommerce solution as a solution architect.

Key responsibilities include:

1. eCommerce Activities - You will need to design a Front End retail solution. Consider how major retailers operate online, including strategies for sending targeted emails that feature products customers have viewed and mechanisms for remarketing abandoned shopping carts.

2. Enhancing Customer Service - Explore how to leverage customer service interactions for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Data Utilization - Focus on utilizing data to make informed decisions that enhance overall business performance.

4. Product Launches - Understand effective strategies for launching new products in the market.

This role requires an understanding of available technologies and potential partnerships. You should also have insights into how to transform a website-whether through in-house efforts or external collaborations-and possess knowledge of agencies that can convert a traditional website into a robust eCommerce platform that drives sales.
