Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions quickly.
• Implement agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles.
• Oversee and manage support requests, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to maintain high coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to development and support.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in full software development lifecycles.
