Technical & Design Skills

• Experience in reviewing large interlinked portfolios
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and people skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts to others in terms the listener understands.
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• Stress-resilient and ability to prioritize
• Capable of leading business case development and articulation of quick wins

Leadership

• In consultation with lane mgmt. set the pace optimization process
• Key point person between lane mgmt., other enabling functions, business representatives, and relevant staff at entities being integrated

Accountability

• Manage the Non-Oracle Business Applications Software Portfolio (registration).
• Articulate an approach to reduce this list + effective mgmt. and support of remaining contracts, assets (servers), rationalization & standardization
• Secure business and tech buy in for approach and implementation
• Establish checks and balances to maintain stable state post-trimming

Key Profile Requirements

• 10+ years experience in business process optimization
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of the platforms and portfolio
• Ability to independently solve problems and accomplish tasks in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner when given high-level tasks or objectives
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team environment
