Job Title: Social Media Content Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: Six months (possibility of extension)

For our Studio One team in London, UK we are therefore looking for an experienced Social Media Lead! In this position you will be the ambassador and the builder of the social media content strategy for our campaigns and Always On content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the development and delivery of social media content for brand campaigns and supporting content (Always On), within scope, on time and within budget.
  • Build agency briefs that map campaign and content, objectives, scope and timelines to ensure delivery.
  • Work closely with external agencies to project manage all aspects of content delivery. Set timelines, provide feedback, and manage lines of communication between the agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop a content strategy to deploy campaigns on social networks in keeping with the overall communication strategy of each brand and campaign.
  • Drive omnichannel cohesion and swiftly identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Report on campaign and other content (Always On) performance.

  • Able to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to thrive and be agile in a complex and ambiguous environment
  • Experienced in brand marketing with a proven ability to build integrated omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience in working in social media teams, experience with content creation is a bonus
  • Curious and knowledgeable about social and content trends
  • Able to effectively brief, drive and evaluate agency work
  • Able to understand and effectively communicate with creatives
  • Able to effectively present to key stakeholders with clarity and confidence
