Site/Setting Out Engineer - Cork - Developer

Location: Cork
Job Type: Fixed Term (2-Year Contract)

An opportunity for an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a residential project in Cork on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role involves overseeing engineering aspects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of engineering experience.
  • HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple project elements effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality control for subcontractors' work.
  • Coordinate site drawings and maintain quality assurance records.
  • Set out for subcontractors, including groundwork, RC frame, and civil works.
  • Supervise and monitor groundworks and concrete frame contractors.
  • Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure site records and quality documentation are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
