Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Site SupervisorLocation: Severn Trent Water Project Sites (Midlands)Contract Type: £350 - £450 per day Inside IR35 Company: Tier 1 Contractor
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Tier 1 clients for Severn Trent Water projects. As a key member of their site management team, you will oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of their projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical and electrical teams on site.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Severn Trent Water standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Site Supervisor, preferably within the water industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
