A leading construction company specialising in residential projects are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager for a residential project in Hemel Hempstead.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the residential project.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
SMSTS, CSCS black card, and First Aid
