Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager in our North Scotlandbusiness, joining the team on a flagship new build educationproject in Tain

Location: Tain,Inverness

Contract: FullTime, Permananet

What will you be responsiblefor?

As Site manageryou will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations onsite, with a specific remit to ensure that standards are being metto achieve Passivhaus standards. As Site Manager your duties mayinclude but not be limited to:

• Under the direction of the project manager manageand direct sub contractor partners to deliver work packagessuch as groundworks, drainage, structural frame erection,roofing,
  cladding, interior fit out and finishings.Safely.
  Check work carried out by sub-contractors toassess delivery in line with programme, design drawings andquality standards.
  Review Risk Assessments andMethod Statements from sub contractors to ensure working methods outlined are safe and appropriate.
  Carry outtoolbox talks and site inductions to ensure full compliancewith Kier standards.
  Co-ordinate site logistics,movement of plant & labour too, from and around siteensuring safety is maintained in doingso.
  Carry out quality checks, log , document andcompile as supporting evidence for Passivhausaccreditation
  Create, log and file site reportsand paperwork in an accurate and timelymanner.
  

What are we lookingfor?

This role ofSite Manager is great for you if:

• You have experience delivering new build projects withina main contracting environment
• You possess excellent technicalknowledge and eye for detail across a range of workpackages
• You are comfortable gathering and compiling data fordocumentation accurately
• You hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aidand UK Driving License
