Site Manager - Permanent - Tier 1 Contractor - Shropshire Sites - Major Water Framework - Water Projects

You will be joining a high-profile Tier 1 contractor working on clean water and wastewater projects in the Shropshire area. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be based on one site at a time in the Shropshire area and be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing direct labour and subcontractors

Coordinating all day-to-day site operations

Maintaining an accurate site diary

Liaising with clients

Undertaking site audits and inspections

Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management capacity

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders

Strong time management and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence.
