Your new company
My client is a regional construction company that is looking for a site manager to cover a 8 to 10-week project that starts in January. The works will involve the rip out and demolition of a commercial building.
Your new role
Your new role as a Site Manager will be to work with subcontractors on site to ensure the project runs to programme and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in managing a variety of construction projects. A valid SMSTS AND First aid certificate and cscs card. An enhanced DBS would be beneficial for future work.
What you'll get in return
A role to start in the new year. Our client has a strong order book for 2025 and there will be further work upon completion of a successful assignment.
