SIte / Senior Site Manager required for New Build Housing site on Anglesey

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join this highly recognised Contractor for an exciting new build project in Anglesey.
As the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a New Build site, ensuring the successful delivery of New Build Housing and Apartment build. You will play a crucial role in managing the construction process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met

You will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of New-Build Housing and Apartment projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS
