Site Manager - Residential

Site Manager - Drogheda, Co. Louth

Our client, a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary building contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to become a key part of their team. With over three decades of expertise in the construction sector, they are currently working on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda. This is a long-term, Full time role, with the project set to continue for the next 3-4 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations, including supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
  
• Conducting morning briefings with the workforce before work commences.
  
• Collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to ensure the project progresses efficiently and is completed on schedule.

Requirements  

• A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
  
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, health & safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
  
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
