As the Design Assurance Specialist, you will serve as the critical link between our Design Team and IT & Digital Department. Your role will be central to implementing cutting-edge technologies, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in design delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the design team.
• Develop and implement innovative technologies to optimise site design processes.
• Collaborate closely with IT and Digital departments to align on process improvements and transformation goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify key areas where technology can streamline workflows.
• Drive future design strategies that leverage technology for better efficiency and results.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in mobile telecoms site design.
• Strong understanding of improving and streamlining design processes through technology.
• Previous experience in a digital transformation program.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to think critically and implement change.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
