Job Description

We're looking for a Site Agent to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to assist the project in setting up a high performing team to deliver FRC bridge structures as part of the Calvert Scheme. A driving licence is an essential requirement for this position. Could this be you?

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - some remote working available, with travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £57,000 - £66,000 + private health care + car allowance + benefits

Responsibilities

As a Site Agent, you'll will be responsible for client liaison, the management of consultants and stakeholders and have previous experience of managing subcontracts and self-delivering works.

Your day to day will include:

  • Proactive in the Management of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality SHEQ) matters for areas of direct responsibility
  • Manage design and pre-construction, construction to close out to meet all contractual requirements
  • Assist the Project Manager to plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site team
  • Supervise site activities and manage their allocated staff

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Agent is great if you have:

  • Relevant construction related degree / HNC
  • Major project civil structures experience
  • CSCS card and SMSTS
