The successful applicant will be fully conversant in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other general administrative software, including CRM/ERP.While previous experience in a similar site-based role is preferred, we are open to candidates with general administrative experience.

Your new company
A leading provider of Infrastructure Services, Construction and Property developments is on the lookout for an experienced Site/Project Administration to provide support between 1st August 2024 - 30th May 2025.
Your new role
You will greet all visitors with a welcoming attitude - you will be the face of the company and the person who makes the first impression upon them arriving at the site. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- The ongoing management of the project offices and systems.
- Receive deliveries and log inventory on the project systems against orders made.
- Maintain accurate and efficient business communications on the Project by ensuring all office staff follow the procedures for incoming / outgoing correspondence and project filing.
- Assist the commercial team with archiving of project documents and the compilation of Package information for the O&M folders for handover to the client team at practical completion.
- Management of meeting rooms and meeting schedules.
- Keep records for temporary staff working hours.
- Manage site inductions for all operatives arriving at the site location by capturing their personal credentials and photograph for the on-site security 'BIOSite' system.
