SHE Management System Specialist

Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Management System Specialist to support the implementation of a Safety, Security, Health and Environmental protection ( SHE ) management system, and the long-term SHE strategy of one of our biggest clients in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects
• Implementation support in implementation of SHE management system and safety culture, ensuring robust processes that align with ISO 14001, 45001 standards
• Assist in creating programs, tools, and training to support legal compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible of project performance analysis
• Provide technical support and on SHE best practices

Requirements:

• Masters degree or higher qualification in a Scientific field
• 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing environment, within high-risk operations
• ISO standards certificated (14001, 45001, 19011)
• Working knowledge of SHE management systems, regulations and compliance standards
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experienced in Process Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), risk assessment, and management frameworks
• English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
