• Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of our clients.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to learners.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to the development of new training materials and curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, implementation, or consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
• Strong Scripting skills, including SOAP, REST, and Java.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning styles.
• Passion for training and development.
