About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate ServiceNow Incident Risk Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation and ongoing support of ServiceNow IRM solutions for our clients. You will lead technical teams, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor technical teams in the implementation and support of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the entire project life cycle, from design and implementation to ongoing support.
• Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow IRM with other IT systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building trust and demonstrating expertise.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of ServiceNow IRM best practices and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow IRM features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, including modules such as Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.) is a plus.
