Job Description

As a ServiceNow Consultant you will:

Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and associated integrations.

Support the Architect with defining the technical architecture, integrations, and workflows.

Enforce development standards and governance framework through peer review and mentorship.

Support with documentation of the solution design, technical configuration, runbooks, release notes and other ad hoc technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical University Degree.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience: working as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience as a Technical Lead in a ServiceNow programme.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SAP systems, focusing on asset data synchronization.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing HAM workflows, catalog items, and automation scripts.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB structure and asset data alignment with hardware life cycle stages.
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English(C1+).
