ServiceNow Developer - HYBRID/Sweden - 6+ Months

My client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Scandinavian Citizen) for a hybrid working project in Sweden.

Role (ServiceNow Developer [Scandinavian Citizen]):

Criteria:
The right candidate will have:

• At least 3+ years ServiceNow developer documented experience within CSM/ITSM areas;
• At least 3+ years documented experience within JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• At least 3+ years documented work on configuration and customizations.
• The candidate should have Competence and work experience corresponding to competence level 4

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Configure workflows in the CSM module and ITSM module
• Provide technical advice for platform and application and interpret requirements to estimate time/cost to implement development.
• Ensure that the platform maintains the strict security requirements set within the authority and maintains associated design specifications and documentation
• Conduct platform administration and development according to 'Best Practices' from ServiceNow and support change and management activities within the platform and application
• Design, development, configuration and adaptations of ServiceNow applications and services
• Participate in planning, developing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs
• Support with ongoing management tasks and maintenance
• Application maintenance, performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
• Verification/Validation of new and existing functionality
• Support with deployment
• Support with application upgrades
• Develop and be responsible for design, installation, operation, system documentation, manuals and walkthroughs
• Responsible for skills transfer and training of personnel at SFE
• Environmental monitoring ServiceNow

Start: September

Capacity: 50-100% Workload

Language: Swedish/Norwegian (Business Fluent - Preferred/Strong Bonus); English (Business Fluent - Mandatory)

Location: Hybrid Work (Travel Required:1-2 days/week - Stockholm, Sweden)

Duration: 6months + (w/possible extension)
