ServiceNow Consultant (SC) - Contract - Hybrid working (London) - £competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a ServiceNow Consultant to work at a leading consultancy client of ours on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be working within a high-profile programme team as part of a public sector organisation, and will take an analytical view of existing service products and oversee required upgrades and improvements.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with Business Analyst's and other technical stakeholders to capture and deliver changes and additions to the product.

- Implement new mappings, measures, and metrics as required

- Oversee maintenance and performance optimisation.

- Collaborate with Analytics teams who work on a number of products and services

- Advise teams with regards to best practice in relation to ServiceNow offerings

Experience required:

- A strong background in technology which includes several years expertise in ServiceNow analysis, consultancy and development

- Strong working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, UI Builder and CMDB

- Previous experience of extracting data from API sources such as those within AWS Servers

- Holding a ServiceNow certification would be beneficial to the role

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data sources into reports

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Due to the nature of the client, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo, a certain level of security clearance (SC).
