Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: London - 3 days onsite (Bishopsgate)
Salary/Rate: £475/day inside IR35
Start Date: December 2024

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team, working with a prestigious global technology consultancy. In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of complex projects and contribute to shaping innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive value for our clients. This is a hybrid role with three days based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of complex projects built on the ServiceNow platform.

Define technical solutions at both the architectural and design levels.
Deliver compelling demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions.

Resolve complex technical challenges throughout all stages of the project life cycle.

Continuously expand knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications, webinars, case studies, and other resources.
Establish strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Guide, mentor, and train junior team members.
Create value-added solutions and accelerators for ServiceNow projects.

Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and support.

Define differentiators for ServiceNow development and support initiatives.

Design and deliver complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs.
Author comprehensive project documentation and ensure solution alignment with client needs

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integrations.

Proficiency in key ServiceNow modules: Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident Management, MIM, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Asset Management.

Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS, including Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.

Experience delivering solutions in complex client environments.

Strong background in both agile and traditional project methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
Certified Implementation Specialist in at least three product suites.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

Experience with designing custom applications and templates for foundational data and CMDB.

Strong integration architecture experience with API-based solutions.

Ability to define and implement best practices for ServiceNow projects
