ServiceNow Architect - HYBRID/Sweden - 6+ Months

My client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect (Scandinavian Citizen) for a hybrid working project in Sweden.

Role (ServiceNow Architect [Scandinavian Citizen]):

In the role of ServiceNow Architect with a focus on CSM/HRSD, Business Process Management and Digital Process Automation.

• You will have a central role in designing and developing modern solutions that optimize processes and workflows, while contributing to business development.
• You will be responsible for defining and driving the overall strategy of the ServiceNow platform for our customers. Working closely with the product teams ensures that they have the right conditions to succeed.
• The role also involves providing strategic advice and guidance on the platform and supporting Business Analysts with solution proposals and estimates.
• In addition, you will be a key person in optimizing the use of ServiceNow by proactively leading the work of implementing technical and cost-effective solutions. It is expected that you can act as a mentor and help and support junior consultants to grow in the ServiceNow area.

Criteria:
The right candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow/ServiceNow architecture; also having experience in Business Process Management and process automation.
• 10+ years of experience as an Architect or Tech Lead.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSM or HRSD. Additional certifications within the ServiceNow suite are a plus.
• CSA or CIS certification.
• Years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and its integrations.
• Experience of agile working methods and SAFe certification is a plus.
• Experience in technical advice and management.
• Experience in business development.
• Experience in planning and implementing ServiceNow upgrades.
• Good if you have experience with Multi Service Provider (MSP) solutions based on ServiceNow.
• Experience in pre-sales activities as well as answering RFPs and RFIs.
• Higher education or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish/Norwegian and English.

Language: Swedish/Norwegian (Business Fluent - Preferred/Strong Bonus); English (Business Fluent - Mandatory)
Location: Hybrid Work (Travel Required:1-2 days/week - Stockholm, Sweden)
Duration: 6months + (w/possible extension)
