Service Manager - Service Reporting Analyst

A leading position as a Service Reporting Analyst with the UK Government.

This is a vital role that will help support data and metric analysis within key areas of government and defence. This role is ideal for the seasoned person seeking to deliver expertise in identifying key metrics and trends, data reporting and analysis.

Engagement via Umbrella only, live SC required.

Responsibilities will include: -

* Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports.

* Develop data visualisation tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.

* Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets.

* Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them.

Key Requirements: -

* ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired.

* Proficiency in analysing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

* Attention to detail in data handling and reporting.

* Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.

* Understanding of Service Management Framework.
