My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Service Operations Manager for a 2 month contract based 100% home office/remote, with my client based in Dortmund.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in New Relic, PowerBI, Service management processes, Azure, Software architectures.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team as well as independent and result-oriented work, high resilience, very strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, loyalty and identification with the technical task, Agile and customer-oriented working methods (Scrum, (Biz) DevOps, ), Knowledge of the processes of Electricity/Energy suppliers is helpful.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent German and English.
