The Role:
As the Service Mobilisation Operations Manager, you'll drive the launch and growth of new services, ensuring they're delivered to the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you'll be at the forefront of shaping exceptional care environments, empowering your team to thrive, and creating better outcomes for the children we support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the planning and delivery of new services, ensuring every deadline is met and exceeded.
- Work hand-in-hand with care teams to ensure our children's unique needs are supported with compassion, expertise, and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to uphold outstanding standards of care.
- Drive financial performance and business growth while maintaining a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inspire your team through exceptional leadership, supervision, and professional development.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership in residential childcare, with at least 6 years' experience working with young people with complex needs.
- A track record of 4+ years managing care teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Expert knowledge of OFSTED regulations and children's care frameworks.
- A passion for empowering children and delivering measurable outcomes that improve their lives.
- The ability to foster collaboration, adapt to change, and manage resources effectively.

- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in handling sensitive situations with professionalism and achieving positive results.
- A hands-on approach to managing budgets, policies, and safeguarding processes.
