Background to the Role

Jigsaw4u provides a range of services for children, young people, families and communities experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties. We are looking for a Service Manager to oversee and manage our three key services: Advocacy & Independent Visiting, Carers Peer Support and the Wilson Wellbeing Centre. This role involves service management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, safeguarding, and income generation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience working with children and families, proven skills in team management and service delivery, and strong knowledge of safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, developing partnerships and ensuring service quality. This full-time (35 hours/week) role is based at Jigsaw4u HQ and the Wilson Wellbeing Centre, offering a competitive salary.
