Job Description

Join us in aerospace, defense, security, and space, as a Service Desk Analyst in our IS/IT team. You'll be at the heart of our digital transformation, providing essential IT support to over 2,500 colleagues across various business lines.

Your Role:

Be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues.

Resolve incidents through phone support, our incident management system, and in-person at our Genius Bar.

Transition to second-line support after gaining experience.

Monitor tickets you create and/or those assigned to you.

Support end-users at the service desk.

Contribute to maintaining our knowledge base and ensuring it's up to date.

Functie-eisen

What You Bring:

MBO level 4 in ICT and experience in service desk support.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex incidents.

Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Experience with incident/service management systems (ServiceNow is a plus).
