Service Architect (SC Cleared)

We are looking for a Service Architect (SC Cleared) for a 12 Month contract based in Bristolon behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.

• Working within the Service and Operate capability to collaboratively define and oversee the design of services with principal stakeholders
• Working closely with individual suppliers and a Matrix supply chain to define services in accordance with business service owners current service and operational portfolio
• Ability to plan and schedule workload against a defined and agreed sequence of activity bringing Facilities, Infrastructure and Applications under a support capability, which is overseen, governed and enforced by security controls and standards
• Familiarity with working within a fast paced, complex, and challenging multi-threaded programme of work
• Ability to assemble and coordinate meetings, document, and deliver agreed outcomes within agreed timescales
• Be able to define and agree service acceptance criteria and chair required engagement sessions with the stakeholders and business leads

What we require from the candidate:

• Candidates who are already SC cleared are preferable
• At least 5 years ITIL V3 design and implementation experience with the use of additional controls such as ISO, NIST, Secure by Design and MoD standards
• An excellent understanding of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within service and operational support
• Strong organisational, Service Architecture and Service Transition skills and experience
