Senior Support Manager

Required in:

North West England

40 Hours Per Week

£38,000 to £40,000 Per Annum

Plus £4,000 Car Allowance

We are looking for a Senior Support Manager to join our incredible Thrive Childcare and Education team in the North West England. We are looking for an experienced leader to support and guide management teams in all aspects of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of budgeting, analyzing financial details, and identifying gaps, as well as expertise in debt management and its impact. You should be skilled in solution-based thinking, working around challenges with a strategic mindset. A solid grasp of KPIs and how to influence them is key, along with extensive leadership experience in coaching and supporting managers to drive business success.

Essential Criteria:

You must hold a relevant Level 3 or above qualification relevant to Early Years. You must have at least 3 years managerial experience within the early years sector. Additional requirements include experience with budgeting, proficiency in common IT packages (Excel, PowerPoint), report writing, and maintaining confidentiality.

A valid drivers license is also essential.
