We are seeking Senior Oncology Nurses or Staff Nurses who are SACT-approved chemotherapy givers, and are ready to take the next step in their career to join our newly opened 26-bed Oncology Unit at The Harborne Hospital, part of our 4th NHS Joint Venture. The Harborne Hospital is a state-of-the-art, multi-speciality private hospital, designed with both patients and staff in mind. It combines top-tier clinical infrastructure with the advanced technology and modern facilities that HCA Healthcare UK is renowned for.

Our expertise spans a wide range of specialties, including Cardiology, Cancer, and Complex Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading team that provides comprehensive cancer care, offering cutting-edge treatments that are not yet available on the NHS.

Working alongside an experienced nursing team you'll help assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care while also being an advocate for the patient, ensuring all their medical, physical and emotionally needs are met by communicating effectively with them and their families.

It's a great opportunity to make a significant difference to the unit and its patients. In return, you'll have the chance to build a career at the forefront of Cancer care. With access to ground breaking treatments currently not licenced on the NHS.

You'll also have much more autonomy day to day. Our clinical teams are very nurse led so you'll have more control over assessment and treatment decisions while having the support you need to develop your career into Sister or Matron roles, whether that's through regular development sessions from external speakers or one of our many funded courses, including masters level qualifications.

Ready to take on a challenging and fulfilling role that drives your professional growth while making a real difference in patients' lives? We'd love to hear from you

At HCA UK we care about what you care about. We care that you want to deliver the very best care. We care that you want a career you can be proud of.
