Senior Sponsorship Manager (title may vary based on experience)

Purpose of Role:

Lead sponsorship sales for a high-end annual event within Financial Services. Transition existing sponsors to new strategies while securing new partnerships.

Experience Required:

• Minimum five years in B2B sponsorship sales for premium events.

Remuneration:

• Competitive, based on experience.
• On-Target Commission (OTC): £25,000 - £30,000.

Key Skills:

• Articulate the conference vision and unique selling points.
• Manage high-expectation clients strategically.
• Craft compelling, outcome-focused proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Promote updated conference formats.
• Integrate dedicated meeting spaces into sponsorship deals.
