Successful applicants must demonstrate:

A bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
A minimum of five years' post-grad experience
At least one years' experience working with paediatrics
Ability to assist with business development
Passion and dedication for working with children
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Alignment with Better Days core values
Relevant employment checks and registrations
