Job Description Summary

The Senior Solution Architect Voice is responsible for planning and designing technology solutions and mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure alignment with the enterprise architectural plan. This role involves globally designing and implementing Voice Infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, etc.), ensuring efficient operation of Voice & Telephony Services, high availability, and compliance of the IT-Infrastructure, and interacting with external outsourcing providers.

Key Accountabilities

• Strong working knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.
• Support the transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution.
• Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.
• Operate the above environment and ensure high availability.
• Accountability for delivery of project work according to overall standards and concepts.
• Technology scouting and running proof of concepts; propose new solutions, liaise with vendors, and define global IT infrastructure standards.
• Resolution of critical incidents and problems.
• Ensure disaster recovery and maintain security of systems and prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure systems are implemented and documented in compliance with Lonza's standards.
• Ensure documentation and compliance of corresponding IT-Infrastructure.

Skills

• Expertise in voice infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, CUCM).
• Experience with planning, designing, and implementing enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in disaster recovery, documentation management, and technology scouting.
• Strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Italian.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
