Senior Software Engineer

In this role You will:

• Lead the technology team in making critical design and technology decisions to drive our Modernization Program and address technical debt.
• Cultivate a team culture focused on high-quality code, robust testing practices, and continuous skill development.
• Shape and implement the Exchange Deal product roadmap to enhance key performance indicators and deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure service excellence, minimizing disruptions to our business operations.
• Deliver business enhancements efficiently to drive growth and innovation.
• Dedicate 50% of your time to hands-on development, focusing on Java backend.

What You will need to be successful:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years as a Software Engineer with experience leading tech teams.
• Strong expertise in software engineering, including Test Driven Development and best practices.
• Solid skills in software design and computational complexity.
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in software development.
• Proficient in Java and knowledgeable about JVM internals.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Operational experience with live systems and familiarity with DevOps tools (AWS, Azure DevOps, OpenShift/Kubernetes) is a plus.
