We are working for a Tier 1 main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and industrial.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to site operations.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior site staff, promoting professional development.
