We're looking fora Senior Site Manager tojoin our Eastern Construction business. Within this role, you canenjoy you can enjoy progression opportunities, opportunity to workon a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and evenmore.
Location:Site based in Nottingham
Contract: Permanent, fulltime
Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within theConstruction team, supporting them in building projects thatsupport and develop the local communities.
Yourday to day will include:
- Managingthe site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budgetand to the quality required by the client.
- Demonstrate good financial knowledge
- Ensure site records are maintained
- Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles andresponsibilities
- Working onprojects valued from £2M to £40M
Who are we lookingfor?
This role of Senior SiteManager is great for you if:
- Previous experience in the Constructionindustry
- Hold the relevant certificationsI.e., SMSTS
- Have experience working onSchools, Higher Education, Healthcare and OfficeProjects
