Job Description

We're looking for a Civils bias Site Manager tojoin our North West business - initially aligned with aproject in Holyhead until circa May 25 the role will then becomealigned with a project in the Liverpoolarea.

Location: Basedon our project in Holyhead until mid nextyear

Hours: Full Time,Permanent

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Site Manager (Civils) you'll be workingwithin the Site Team, initially delivering a flagship buildproject in Holyhead before assimilating back into the N.W businessbased out of Liverpool

Your day to day will include:

  • Under the direction of the project manager,manage and direct sub contractor partners to deliver work packagessuch as earthworks and RC structures.
  • Check work carried out by sub-contractors to assessdelivery in line with programme, design drawings and qualitystandards.
  • Review Risk Assessments andMethod Statements from sub contractors to ensure working methodsoutlined are safe and appropriate.
  • Carry outtoolbox talks and site inductions to ensure full compliance withKier standards.
  • Co-ordinate site logistics,movement of plant & labour too, from and around siteensuring safety is maintained in doing so.

  • RelevantConstruction Qualification (HND/ Degree / SVQ) or TechnicalTrade
  • SMSTS 5 Day Cert
  • CSCS Card
  • FirstAid
