Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Witham, Essex.

Location: Witham, Essex.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them on a wide range of projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure, public sector and more!.

Your day to day will include:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:

• HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
• Previous experience of managing a team
• Strong commercial acumen
