Stellenbeschreibung

Responsiblities

• Design modular technical concepts to deliver electrified heat/cooling solutions to industrial and commercial customers
• Develop commercial models to support product scaling and co-ordinate commercial and technical concepts into well rounded customer offering
• Deploy scalable design, delivery, operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units
• Define go-to-market strategy(s) incl. segmentation, targeting and marketing campaigns
• Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop sales pipelines with regional units
• Coordinate capability build-up at regional EIS units and create implementation plans to drive growth
• Connect with external suppliers and OEMs to ensure access to state-of-the-art solutions

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on heat pump/refrigeration technology or process engineering
• Several years of experience in technical sales or engineering discipline
• Experience in the design and delivery of energy infrastructure projects
• Outgoing, integrative personality with a can-do attitude
• Good stakeholder management, being able to build a bridges between people
• Customer orientation and strong commercial mindset
• Fluency in English in written and spoken; other languages are a plus (esp. German, Swedish, Italian and/or Polish)
