Senior Product Coordinator

About the role

As our Senior Product Coordinator you'll lead a team of Product Coordinators within our Commercial and Retail technology team, who deliver changes across our entire retail portfolio with all aspects of product life cycle. You'll work closely with the Product Lead to ensure that we have top quality execution of all activities, whilst gathering insight and data to inform decision making and progress continues throughout product life cycle.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the budget for technology implementation projects, identifying risks to project success and maintaining project documentation in order to report back to the management team.

Whilst becoming a key contact for stakeholders of the project, y ou'll be responsible for the line management of a team of three product coordinators, and the support, development and guidance required for them to progress.

Working arrangements

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual-located between your home and our London office.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITIL, alongside planning and delivery techniques including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You'll also have a robust understanding of product implementation techniques and data analysis tools, as well as a wealth of knowledge in technical systems and the foundational technology that supports them.

An outstanding problem solver, you'll have experience in rolling out a range of products and possess excellent critical thinking skills to constructively challenge processes while remaining positive and working at pace. You excel at turning insight into action and have excellent communication skills, with experience in creating and delivering reports and managing diverse stakeholders at all levels.

With a focus on continuous improvement and personal development, especially in building your own technical knowledge, you'll be both innovative and adaptable.

Previous experience of leading a team and working in a retail environment is highly desirable.
