Senior PR, Campaigns and Policy Manager

Role Overview

The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with a fantastic charity as they search for a Senior PR, Campaigns and Policy Manager to support them.

As the Senior PR, Campaigns and Policy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to promote the charity as a leading authority in end-of-life care and bereavement support. You will work closely with stakeholders to advocate for policy changes and ensure that individuals have access to the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR, campaigns, and policy strategies.
• Represent the charity in media and with stakeholders.
• Advocate for policy changes to support individuals at the end of life.
• Create engaging content and materials for various audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve goals.
• Ensure the organisation is a visible presence in the media and with policymakers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyse policy developments and identify opportunities for action.
• Contribute to organisational impact and policy recommendations.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in PR, campaigns, and policy advocacy.
• Strong understanding of end-of-life care and related issues.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies.
• Knowledge of public policy and advocacy.

What s On Offer:

• An initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension

  A hybrid role with 2 - 3 days based in the organisation's South London Office.

  An extremely competitive day rate of up to £215 per day PAYE (191.21 per-day + £23.79 daily holiday) Inside IR35.
